Our US-based client acquired a German custom software solutions business that develops a niche, highly effective HR Software platform, specifically designed to manage fully integrated workforce solutions.
Based in one of Germany's designated areas of regional development, the business needed to be fully integrated into the US company's international structure, while retaining its individuality and adding its own suite of leading-edge software solutions to the company's entire range of services, digital support, and SaaS offerings.
The business sought a Country Manager and a sales team that could spearhead the European sales effort. After initial inter-European and transcontinental consultations, Standley Associates was delighted to help appoint a German-based sales leader and team, both within Germany, the Netherlands, and the UK.
Standley Associates undertook a proactive search programme and was able to complete the searches within three months of starting the project, liaising with both the US and German head offices, and supporting the recruitment process until successful appointments were made.
