The Company

Our client is a dynamic and growing business digital and IoT home solutions provider, that has developed a leading smart home platform that combines intuitive operation with simple installation. Their systems equip all electrical and broadband devices in the house with their own intelligence and network them with one another and with the web.

Digital infrastructure is created in the house which, thanks to open interfaces, can be expanded at any time by plug & play with additional applications. 

The smart home focuses on the resident and supports them in their daily household chores. Our client prides itself on bringing this intelligence into the house for everyone and transforms normal building technology into the digital world.

They currently have an existing sale structure in Southern Europe and are now looking to expand their regional footprint by recruiting a new role in Berlin and East Germany – ideally based around Berlin and East Germany region.

They therefore now seek a:

Territory Sales to cover the Berlin and East Germany region – ideally based in zip codes 10


Our client seeks someone who ideally has a new business sales track record within the electrical or electronics wholesale and electrical contractor markets.

We are open about your product sales experience, as our client will offer full technical product and solutions training, but a technical sales experience would be advantageous in the electrical and electronics wholesale, distributor, and contractor segments.

You should have a proven track record of business negotiations and an entrepreneurial sales and commercial style.

Any technical qualification would be considered advantageous however not essential, and you will enjoy developing new business, helping to devise and implement a new business strategy within the region for the short, medium, and long term. 

You have basic technical knowledge and practical work experience in the fields of electronics and/or IT.

Fluent German and a good grasp of English will be important.

The Role

You will be responsible for the sales of our clients IOT and home digital control system into electrical wholesalers, electrical distributors, and electrical contractor markets.
You will help devise, develop, and execute a new business sales strategy introducing the company’s products and solutions package across the territory.
You will work as part of a sales team spread throughout Europe.
You will be responsible for achieving and exceeding the sales KPIs’ and developing the long-term success of the region’s activities.

You work from your home office (in addition to your daily travel activities) and report directly to the Head of Sales Germany.
