Stewart Wright BA Hons - Director

Stewart is a specialist assessment and development consultant (as a Director and co-founder of Informed Assessment Ltd) , and works in close association with Standley Associates, having worked with Simon and colleagues for many years.

Stewart has been trained by SHL Talent Measurement in aptitude testing, personality questionnaire and motivation questionnaire usage, and in the design and delivery of assessment and development centres. He is trained in the use of the Hogan suite of assessment instruments, in Saville Consulting assessments and also holds British Psychological Society level B (intermediate) recognition of professional competence.

Stewart’s extensive assessment experience has covered assignments within manufacturing, engineering, process chemical, utilities, technology, healthcare, education, retail, leisure, local government, charities / not for profit and emergency services. He has worked at all levels, from coordinating the assessment of hundreds of call centre staff and graduates up to and including assessments for Directors and Chief Executives.

The range of his work includes the design and delivery of major assessment projects and high-volume assessment centres; the design and development of competency frameworks using structured methods; assessing individuals and teams; one-to-one development planning and supporting development centres; and the design and delivery of assessor training courses.

Stewart is one of the authors of “Six Weeks to Find a Job”, published by Hodder and Stoughton, co-author of “Managing Recruitment Pocketbook”, published by Management Pocketbooks, and co-author of “Assessment Centres Pocket Book”.
